We saw a camper that we liked at the RV show 3 years ago and loved it so we gave them a deposit and put it on order. 3 weeks later my throat cancer got worse and we let them know we were not going to be able to take delivery on the camper and we understood that we would loose our deposit. They were very understanding and let us know that when things change for us come and see them again! Then they returned all of our deposit even though they did not have to. Very honest dealership and will do business with them again. We have since bought a camper from them and had a great experience with them!!

I have been buying campers from Liberty RV since 2002. I have purchased 5 different campers from them; what can I say I like change :). Recently I purchased a motorhome that they also helped me with and as always it was amazing service and good advice. I have sent a lot of friends and even people I don’t know to buy campers from them. So far they have all been very pleased with their experience and continue to do business with Liberty RV through the service department, parts or sales staff. Personally speaking, my experience has always been awesome, from the service department (Kim / George / & guys), the entire sales team, Shawn in Finance, & family owners Preston & Mrs. Beverly. I’m always in there to get propane or just to shoot the bull with anybody & everybody. I’ve always been a very observant person so when I am there it seems everyone has the same experience that I have always received. There have been many occasions that I have over heard the respective departments talk about delivering purchased trailers to buyers that don’t have a way to pick them up and set them up or picking up trailers that need repairs that may be hours away. To me this shows complete professionalism. In my experience of purchasing vehicles states away, and I do a lot of that, I have never been offered this kind of service anywhere. Honest, no pressure (like other places we recently visited), quick to respond to my millions of questions after we got home and thought about them. He never seemed annoyed with responding to us. He made everything so easy. Also, our walk through was great. Bryan went above and beyond. We brought our own stabilizer hitch and he put it on, measured and made sure it was perfect. Showed us several models in exactly what I asked for. They did not show me RVs that I did not ask for. They gave me a very fair price for my trade-in, for the new RV AND they picked our trade-in up, put it next to the new one and allowed me to transfer all our contents from old to new! Then they brought the new RV back to our RV park! And all this in a matter of hours!! Kim, George and Shawn were AWESOME! I HIGHLY recommend this company! Great buying experience!!! I highly recommend Liberty RV. They have the best pricing and many different layouts to choose from. For months we looked for a travel trailer and didn’t have much luck. With COVID going on it’s been hard finding the perfect fit for our family needs and if we found one that we were interested in it was either sold or not available. Steven the online sales was great in his response time and Shawn treated us like family!
